We have received notice that there are scam emails/texts going around using Richard (Rick) Hamilton’s name.
Scammers have gotten quite sophisticated and have been using our footer and other branding.
Please be safe and check incoming emails to verify they are from the proper senders! ALL emails from Staff will come from an email address with @cciwdisciples.org. Emails outside of the @cciwdisciples.org or @michigandisciples.org domains are NOT from CCIW staff.
ANY email asking you to send money or purchase gift cards should be immediately flagged as a potential scam!
No regional staff member will EVER ask you for payments via gift cards or ask you to keep secret any transactions.
