Keynote by Rev. Dr. Michelle Scott Huffman
Rev. Dr. Michelle Scott-Huffman is an ordained Disciples minister, retreat leader, and Circle of Trust® facilitator who is passionate about creating spaces where people can listen more deeply to their lives, their callings, and one another. She serves as Executive Director of Ekklesia Campus Ministry in Springfield, Missouri, accompanying college students and young adults as they navigate questions of identity, belonging, faith, and vocation. Rooted in the Circle of Trust approach, Michelle facilitates retreats and workshops that help individuals and communities cultivate authenticity, resilience, and integrity through reflection, deep listening, and trustworthy conversation. She has a particular passion for supporting clergy and other leaders as they tend to the inner work of ministry, navigate seasons of transition and discernment, and sustain their spirits amid the demands of leadership and service.
