In Everyday Leadership: Progress on Purpose, you will be introduced to principles, competencies, and tools of Adaptive Leadership. Through large and small group interactions, you will employ these components on your own challenges to increase your capacity to make progress on your organizational and personal goals. The course will be offered online on Mondays, 6:00-8:00 pm (central) via the Zoom platform over 8 weeks beginning January 23 and finishing prior to Holy Week. This course is offered in partnership with Disciple Interims.
