What lessons did you learn this past year – how have you grown and improved?

2020 has been a year like no other! We will look back on it and remember a lot of things that were divisive and mournful. However, if we don’t take the time to think deeply upon these things and how we can grow, we will miss a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and development. Bill Kerns shares with us how he grew personally and professionally by taking a look back at a previous year.

    I’ve learned to be more patient, which is hard to do for me.
    I’ve learned how to minister to a small congregation and rural community through a health crisis. I’m finding more and more that the 2 CPE classes and chaplaincy work I did at
    Eureka Hospital has come in very handy during these times.
    I’ve completed a Bible Study led by Anne Graham-Lotz on Praying the Daniel Prayer, and have found more comfort in my prayer life.
