Melissa Ebken has been called as the new Cohort Leader for the School for Ministry. She will serve as mentor, coach and facilitator for the 2019 Cohort. She began her position on March 25, 2019.
Melissa Ebken has served the Christian Church of Illiopolis since 2001. In 2012 she began as pastor of the Christian Churches of Illiopolis and Niantic, which she still serves today. Melissa is a certified coach with CCIW Coaches, and enjoys doing the work she loves: helping people to engage their lives and their calling. Melissa received a B.S. of Biology and taught in Blue Ridge before attending seminary at LTS in Lexington, KY where she obtained her M.Div. She is an avid baseball fan and enjoys life with her husband, Andy and son, Devon.
