CCIW Personnel Committee with the encouragement of the Regional Church Council have authorized hiring two Interim contract staff persons to support ongoing ministries of the Region as we do our Study and Discernment process. Rev. Dr. Beth Rupe, who has served on the Disciple Women’s Cabinet for many years and is intimately involved in DW’s work has agreed to serve as Interim for this vital and important ministry. Rev. Tim Akers, who has been on our Youth Committee and served on Midwinter, Camp, Summit planning will be our Interim support for Youth Ministry. We appreciate their willing service.
