Regional Assembly by another name is CCIW Congregational Connecting time. A gathering to share our news and encourage one another on the journey. This year’s Saturday morning State of the Region will include highlight reports from our Regional Youth Council, Pro-Reconciliation/Anti-Racism Team, and our CCIW New Day process. These eleven congregations: Galesburg First, Parkway Gardens, Macomb First, 15th Avenue Rock Island, Grace Aurora, Jackson Blvd. Chicago, CC of Villa Park, Bloomington First, East Moline First, Centennial Bloomington, and United Country Club Hills received grants for innovative, community engagement or reconciliation work. We will hear their stories in word and pictures.
We will also host a Mission First conversation for the General Church on Saturday afternoon. This is your opportunity to connect, encourage and inspire!
