Yearbook report forms and instructions for completing them will be mailed to every congregation between Christmas and New Year. Reporting insures that your congregation is listed in the 2015 Yearbook and Directory of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) which authorizes your congregation as a 501 c3 non-profit/religious organization for IRS purposes. It also has a very important purpose of taking the “pulse” of your congregation. Please make sure these forms are returned by filing online or mailing them to the Regional Office.
