****Please make sure that you have filled out a Registration Form for the Midwinter Retreat and have sent it to the Regional Office in Bloomington along with your $20 Registration Fee by January 17, 2014. (Not postmarked date.)

Weekend Schedule

Saturday, February 1, 2014

1:00 – 1:30pm     Registration, nametags, door prizes and getting settled in sleeping accommodations

2:00pm                  Welcome and Orientation to the weekend

2:30pm                  Outdoor Mixers & Games  –  Led by Mackinaw Christian Church

3:45pm                  Break, snacks and hot chocolate

4:00pm                  Holy Conversation One: Rebeccah Anderson, Keynoter

4:30pm                  Buzz Questions – Feedback about keynote

4:45 – 5:15pm     Break, free time and technology time

5:15pm                  Dinner – Pizza & Drinks, followed by announcements

6:00 – 6:30pm     Keynote 2 and Reflection: Rebeccah Anderson, Keynoter

7:00pm                  Prepare to leave for evening activity: Bowling

9:30pm                  Return to Bethany Park

10:00pm                Free Time, Pajama Party (snacks, games and technology time)

10:30pm                Evening Devotionals in Sanctuary: Led by Regional Youth Council & Bethany Park

11:30pm                Lights Out

Sunday, February 2, 2014

6:30 – 7:45am      Wake Up

7:30 – 8:30am      Breakfast

9:15 – 10:15am   Sunday School for all Youth & Sponsors

10:30 – 11:30am Morning Worship

11:30 – Noon       Lunch

12:30pm                Wrap up Conversation, Debriefing, Closing Circle and GOOD BYE

WHAT TO BRING LIST

Pajamas (That fully cover)

Bedding (Sleeping bag or blanket and pillow)

Towel & Washcloth (no shower facilities)

Toiletries

Outdoor clothing (Coats, boots, hats, scarves and gloves)

Offering Money for Sunday Morning Worship

Bible, Notebook and Pen

Favorite Board Games

Change of Clothes for Church

Socks (To wear for Bowling on Saturday Evening)

Snacks to Share

Bottles of Water and or Juice to Share
