Practical Resources for Your Church – from Wallace Resources

We want to support you!

Do you ever need resources, training, and to something to spark ideas?  Wouldn’t it be great to have such a place that offered those things at no cost to you? My name is Stephen Wallace and I am an ordained Disciple minister who has served congregations for over 20 years. Over the past 6 years I have built a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity focused on providing support, resources and training to congregations and their leaders.  This includes periodic free resources emailed to whoever would like them and, beginning this month, the release of many of our church leader training videos.  These are recordings of our classes used by several Regions (e.g. Oregon, Arizona, Great River, and others) to train Commissioned Ministers, lay leaders, and other church staff members (a full list can be found at: ).

The first free offering is on the topic of Conflict and particularly conflict within the church.  It answers questions such as Why do people who all want good things frequently end up fighting?  What are the 4 areas of our lives that we need to be sure are thought about in trying to resolve conflict?  What are 7 styles of managing conflict and when is each appropriate?  What is the final step of the conflict cycle which left undone lays the foundation for future struggles?  You can find this video on by using this link:

If you would like to be notified of future topics email me at [email protected] and I will add you to our free resources email list (you can see past gifts at: ).  My Board hopes that you will be blessed by these gifts and that they will enhance the work that Christ is doing through you.  May Christ bless many through you and those you serve.
