Healthy Boundaries 101 Workshop for Pastors and other Religious Leaders

For First Call Pastors, those who are new to Wisconsin and anyone interested in a review of the basics.

Facilitators Rev. Rebecca Johnston and Rev. Roger Mealiff have led Boundary Train-ing sessions over the past eight years. Borrowed wisdom blended with humor are their tools to help us build stronger ministries with appropriate boundaries.
Topics include: boundary basics: the nature of power, friendships and dual relationships, touch, transference and intimacy, mandatory reporting in Wisconsin, and self-care.

RevRebeccaJohnstonRev. Rebecca Johnston has served UCC churches in Illinois and Wisconsin, served as a missionary to Chiapas, Mexico, and served on UCC conference staff in the Kansas-Oklahoma Conference. Rebecca is former chair of the UCC Northeast Association Committee on Pastor and Church Ethics. At the Conference level in Wisconsin, she also chairs the Church and Ministry Commission, is a Board Direc-tor, and a member of the Budget and Finance Committee.
RevRogerMealiffRev. Roger Mealiff is Senior Pastor of Ebenezer United Church of Christ in She-boygan, Wisconsin. He has served on the UCC Church and Ministry Committee, Church Growth and Renewal Committee, and as President and Moderator in both the Illinois and Wisconsin Conferences. He is currently a Community of Practice Facilitator for a new clergy group.
